Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, fragile fabrics, or specific cleaning instructions for their garments. All garments in the same order will be washed together unless instructed otherwise and will be subject to additional charge. We are not responsible for color bleeding, fabric damage, loss of shape, shrinkage, stretching, and lint transfer. We are not liable for damages caused by normal wear and tear or following care instructions on the garment tag.

 

Any claims for damaged or lost garments must be reported within 24hr of receiving the laundry with proof. In case of lost or damaged items, our liability is limited to $25 per item with a maximum total of $100 per order. We are not responsible for missing socks, gloves, mittens or items that come in pairs.

 

We reserve the right to refuse cleaning for items deemed unsuitable (e.g., heavily soiled items, hazardous materials).
